ABSTRACT
The influence of electronics can be seen in all of these sections. For example, in section 1 there is electronic management control of compressors and electronically controlled pressure regulation. In section 2 there are solenoid valves that provide proportional flow and proportional pressure, together with air cylinders having electronic proportional feedback. In section 3, however, for many systems pneumatic logic has been completely replaced by electronic sequence or logic control.
