ABSTRACT

Improving decision-making skills fosters positive relationships and leads to greater productivity. Finding out who is a follower and who is a leader can be quite revealing when making a picture and solving a problem. This exercise is helpful for families or individuals who tends to intellectualize things. It can also highlight the creativity of certain group members and may give those who are not as verbal an outlet for expression. This exercise can help group members look at their individual roles and at how much they may be influenced by others. It can also help to increase group creativity and provide an enjoyable group experience. However, this exercise could also reinforce already established roles within the family or group, and if the trainer is not clear about the rules, it could reinforce negative feelings that certain group members might have about themselves.
