ABSTRACT
“If you meet the Buddha on the road, kill him,” is good advice given by therapist Sheldon Kopp (1972) in his book of the same title. For some, the age of the guru is past, the time of listening to our intuitive, inner, archetypal wisdom now here. However, women need role models of people who embody the vision of who we are and who lend their presence to our journeys.
