ABSTRACT
The twenty-first century will provide us with many opportunities for forging a new horizon, and a new vision which will encompass a diverse society and rapidly changing technology. The leaders of tomorrow must provide the leadership and understanding to lead and work within a changing cultural environment. It will be those culturally sensitive human and professional leaders who will provide leadership for the opportunities in tomorrow’s world.
