ABSTRACT

In this book, an effort has been made to describe a dynamic system of service delivery. The service-delivery systems associated with the education of pregnant and parenting teens are vital because the range of their services change over time. These systems are also dynamic because of the interplay of the various stakeholders who move through and around the systems and because the systems deal with the lives of young women and their families. These three dialectics of the changing range of services, the involvement of various stakeholders, and the life histories of teen mothers and their families create the dynamism of educational service-delivery systems to pregnant and parenting teens.
