Learning and Training

The development of an efficient training process is required before deter­ mining training needs, and the most important component of determining training needs is task analysis (Lendy, 1989; Patrick, 1992), which was dis­ cussed in chapter 6. Based on this, we consider the problem that directly connects the theory of learning and the development of the training process.
