ABSTRACT
Follow-up. Following the examination of the ini t ia l state, the next part of the chart is the follow-up, which can be carried out at various stages after acute management. This part of the chart is organized under the World Health Organization (WHO) classification of Impairments, Disabilities, and Handicaps. Wi th in each of these areas, the chart identifies the most l ikely sequelae of TBI. In various places i n the chart, the examiner is instructed to identify management and treatment strategies.
