ABSTRACT
The population of America is getting older, and people are living longer (Administration on Aging, 2000). Zlotnik, Rosen, Green and Curl (2000) note that these demographic changes are going to create a demand for services to older adults as well as create new opportunities and challenges for social workers in health and social service settings.
