ABSTRACT
The storage of objects can be greatly improved by the use of suitable storage systems. Such systems aid efficient object retrieval and help to eliminate physical damage to the objects. The implementation and use of good quality storage systems can be one of the most significant steps forward in the passive conservation of a museum collection.
