ABSTRACT
Most museums visitors are in essence enquirers, for curiosity is the the human impulse from which springs the whole concept of museums. Conversely, curiosity should be the hallmark of every museum worker; a curiosity not confined to the collections themselves, but broadening into every aspect of the job.
