development in a context The structures to support teachers include supervision, professional de-
velopment, and teacher evaluation. However, some schools, and perhaps by extension the systems in which they reside, fail to connect these support structures to create seamless learning opportunities for teachers. For professional development to make a difference, there is a need to bundle multiple learning opportunities to work in complementary ways.
