ABSTRACT
Indeed, learning is the hallmark of a teacher’s professional journey. Effective teachers do not merely direct their students’ learning; rather, they grow and thrive through their own. At its best, adult learning arises from the workday and returns to enrich it. Sound instructional supervision supports this cycle. Fittingly, therefore, this book culminates with an exploration of job-embedded learning.
