ABSTRACT
It is easy to see that if one party completely and perfectly performs what he has promised to do, his obligations are at an end. However, important and diffi cult questions arise as to the eff ect of something less than perfect performance. From the viewpoint of the performer, this is a problem in performance but to the other party it will appear as a problem in breach, since usually a less than perfect performance will be a breach.
