ABSTRACT

Looking back on the collaborative and reflective nature of professional development, this book brings forward several ideas that can support teachers as they take the fast track attending to their learning while embracing their own speed. Millennial or not, adult learners need, want, and deserve to travel at a rate, in a space, and with colleagues who can embrace learning from each other. Although there can be initial turbulence while learning to work with others, the mutual benefits in the long-run for students and teachers’ own professional lives will outweigh any mild disequilibrium.
