ABSTRACT
It is up to you. There is no one else. Part of a leader’s role is building morale, and if there are a couple of staff members who are ruining things for everyone else, it is up to you to find a solution. We can either improve them or remove them, but unfortunately this does not happen magically. When we establish an expectation for the adults in our school, we should assume they will all do the right thing. However, if some of them choose not to, then we have to be prepared to lead appropriately.
