ABSTRACT

John has a fifteen-year history of delusional beliefs, dating back to when he lost consciousness in a car accident. He believes that during this time he had an implant placed in his head, which allowed government surveillance to start. He feels this has since continued unabated. He has got used to it but it makes him very angry. Current evidence within the last year that it is ongoing is provided by a woman in a crowd saying to him ‘We’re still watching’ and another man who looked at him strangely.
