ABSTRACT
Measurement lies at the heart of scientific study. Without meaningful and valid measurement, it is impossible to apply scientific rigor. As such, the scientific and academic communities have devoted a great deal of attention to measurement issues, including the "criterion problem" (Cronbach, 1971; Ghiselli, 1966).
