ABSTRACT
When speaking about the imaginary in psychoanalysis, I am committed to a discourse that I would like to be as close to the imagination as possible: a discourse I wish to address to your own imagination, to provoke images in you, and hence, the eventual acceptance of my conclusions—only beyond and because of your imaginary participation in my arguments.
