Staff Casualties of Patient Uncooperativeness

Uncooperative patients are not the only ones who suffer. Sometimes the staff gets hurt. Although we can understand the acts of uncooperative patients, those acts cannot be condoned. Angry patients do hit, punch, bite, and scratch.
