ABSTRACT

This cosy little bistro type of restaurant, near the Palais-Royal and conveniently situated just behind the Théâtre Franfais, was known, before the war, to avid bistro hunters. It changed hands, three years ago, when Monsieur and Madame Génin re-opened it with their regional specialities from Burgundy. Monsieur Génin, who comes from the Beaujolais country, does all the cooking. His wife runs the bar and restaurant, which has an intimate, friendly atmosphere about it.
