You SHOULD TAKE careful note of this address and go there for lunch without further delay. This restaurant has been in existence nearly a hundred years. In 1868 it was a noisy tavern where the poorer classes used to meet and have a plate of soup and spend the evening singing popular songs. Messieurs Buisson and Astor, the present-day proprietors, took it over in 1929 and had it completely transformed. It is now one of the best bistros in the central markets for lunch.
