The setting is simple and the comfort adequate Chez Benoit: it is the food that counts. You sit on red banquettes topped with brass rails, behind which you place your coat and hat. This is a feature of the brasseries and bistros of Lyon, from where Monsieur Benoit comes. The specialities, like the atmosphere, is Lyonnais. You will usually find Escargots, Quenelles de Broehet, Saucisson Chaud, and Coq au Vin on the menu.
