ABSTRACT
Chez augustin is a typical, straightforward, cheap and entertaining bistro of the Latin Quarter if ever there was one. Here you will find a real, old zinc, sawdust on the floor, mirrors lining the brownish walls, a pigeon-hole rack for the napkins of the regular customers, and oil-cloth and paper tops covering the marble café tables.
