ABSTRACT
Some may claim that this, like one or two other addresses I have given, is not a bistro but a straightforward restaurant. To a certain extent, this is true, yet I still call Artois a bistro-type of restaurant, because it is run by a family and the atmosphere is intime. Thus, Le Patron, Monsieur Rouzeyrol (Isidore, to his regular customers) runs the bar and takes the place of the head waiter in the restaurant, along with the help of his son, while La Patronne does the cooking.
