chapter  47
Chez Olivier
Pages 3

Chez Olivier is small (there are only seven tables), cosy, neat, trim, and attractively decorated. You sit on comfortable banquettes at tables with gaily striped tablecloths and napkins. Smoked hams and bunches of red peppers are suspended from the ceiling. On the walls are hung, fishing nets, gourds, brightly polished copper pans, and landscapes (executed by "Papa" Olivier himself, whose hobby is painting).
