ABSTRACT

There are only a few varieties of soup noodles. Soup noodles served in larger quantities are called Pot-noodles. Usually soup noodles are served m individual bowls but pot noodles arc served in a big pot in the centre oi the table and individual diners fill their own bowls from the big pot. They are cooked more or less in the same way. Since a little of a large number of things is used, it is not Vt~ry practical to make at home and, therefore, it is more a restaurant food. There are two kinds of fried noodles. One is the common fried noodles and the other is fried crispy noodles whioh is more difficult to prepare.
