ABSTRACT
Preparations went ahead for President Sadat’s visit to the United States, scheduled for 4 February 1978. It was decided that we should begin our journey with a visit to King Hassan in Rabat. It was likewise decided that Sadat should also pay visits to the United Kingdom, the Federal Republic of Germany, Rumania, France and Italy (including the Holy See) on his way back from the United States.
