ABSTRACT
Three years elapsed before I had any certain knowledge of the Sadat-Weizman meetings on 30 and 31 March. I had had only Sadat’s version to go on. In 1981 a friend sent me a copy of Weizman’s book, The Battle for Peace , published in March that year.
