ABSTRACT

By irrigating the area ‘the government would be killing three birds with one stone. First, the tomatoes that would be produced would be sufficient to meet the requirements of the people and the Pwalugu tomato-processing factory. Secondly, the rice that would be produced would be sufficient to meet the needs of the whole country and so we would no longer import rice. And the last but not least is that the people would have sufficient money to buy clothing for their families’. 1
