The Metaphysics of Precognition

Precognition, as all other parapsychological phenomena, fails to conform to our traditional world schema. Because of this nonconformity, philosophers such as C. W. K. Mundle1 have tried to demonstrate that the very idea of precognition involves contradictions, and critics such as C. E. M. Hansel2 have tried to demonstrate that precognition experiments are the result of fraud and error.
