ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with a variety of institutions. The handicap may be of three main types:
Physical—the blind, deaf-mute, spastic, tuberculous.
Mental—backward (mentally deficient), imbecile.
Social—orphans (or of broken homes), neglected, maladjusted, delinquents.
