ABSTRACT
Mundesley First School is on the North Norfolk coast, about half a mile from the sea. There are 128 children in the school between the ages of four and eight. My class consists of twenty-four Year 2 and Year 3 children. This project was done by the whole class, but to make the research manageable I decided to base it on six Year 3 children, Sarah, Isobel, Stuart, Neville, Alex and Tony. I chose them because they showed particular curiosity in the research project, they are articulate, are not shy to express an opinion, and are all in my judgement imaginative and creative.
