ABSTRACT
Schools and education are the equalizers for individuals to rise above personal circumstances and achieve their goals and dreams. Dr. Todd Whitaker talked about Great Teachers having a positive attitude toward their students and their job and the influence their attitude has in their classroom. The teachers are insisted to list four techniques they use to keep their classroom focused on learning. Many teacher workrooms/lounges have signs stating 'Toxins Spilled Hourly' due to the negative energy spilling out of them. Focusing on developing a positive attitude and filtering out the negative responses can help create a successful classroom and school environment. Teaching may the pressure filled jobs, but how teachers respond to the challenges can determine their effectiveness as a teacher and how well their students learn. Dr. Whitaker stated that constant griping and complaining, which can be found in any organization, can affect the moral of those who work with those staff who are always unhappy or mad.
