ABSTRACT
The title of the research project gives the reader a clear outline of the content of the project. This chapter provides a concise summary of the issue that the research project addresses, the population under investigation, the main methods of data collection and data analysis used. The literature review should provide a critical evaluation of research in the area that people are investigating. It is a good idea to think of the literature review as an essay about their research project in which they outline and evaluate the most important contributions to the research in the area they are investigating. One approach that is useful to present the aims of the research project that they outlined, perhaps as a short list of bullet points, and briefly explains the reader whether each of them was achieved.
