ABSTRACT
This chapter examines the process of introducing or improving a planning and monitoring system for design work in the construction industry. Whether this is for a company or to control design production for a specific project, there are many factors that should be taken into account, if such changes are to be successful. It should be noted, however, that every real situation is different, so the analysis given is essentially theoretical and cannot be exhaustive.
