By this stage in the care-planning process, you have gone a long way to dealing with your patient’s needs. You have carried out a comprehensive assessment, diagnosed the nursing needs, produced some goals using the PRODUCT criteria and planned and implemented your care. To complete the process of care planning and delivery, you have two more steps to complete — recheck and evaluation.
