ABSTRACT
In this chapter we bring together the analysis and discussion of preceding chapters to consider methods for measuring the cost-effectiveness of health care programmes. Most importantly, this chapter concentrates on the construction of cost-effectiveness ratios and on ways of interpreting the results of economic evaluations. Where appropriate, examples are provided.
