ABSTRACT
Please do not, at any cost, yell and scream at students. Yes, they'll aggravate you. Yes, they'll try your patience. But no, you cannot afford to lose your professionalism. We are, as teachers, supposed to be modeling for our students how to maintain self control in even the toughest of situations.
