ABSTRACT
Take a good look at yourself before being quick to find fault with others. In any profession where a group of people work closely together as do teachers, there are always a select few who are more than willing to assume the self-appointed roles of "fault finders." They're quick to point out everything that others do wrong, even though those "others" are also doing many things right.
