ABSTRACT
Encourage your students to take risks and make mistakes. Remind them that we learned to ride a bike by falling at first. And when we fell, our parents said, "Great! Get right back up and try again." I can assure you that none of our parents, the first time we fell, put a sign on our foreheads that said, "Non-bike rider!" By falling, we learned how not to fall. And so it is with anything that we learn. The lesson lies within the fall.
