ABSTRACT
Remember that our perceptions of students are not always accurate. The fact is that if we knew the real stories behind our students, our perceptions of them would change drastically, and we would treat them quite differently. Our perceptions of others are rarely accurate. We cannot assume to be mind readers or to know what goes on in other people's lives.
