Remember that if your students knew all the answers, your services would no longer be needed. I recently spoke with a nervous teacher who was about to be observed by her principal. She said to me, "I'll call on only the students whom I'm sure will answer correctly." I replied by saying, "Well, I guess you can count on failing that observation."
