ABSTRACT
Never forget to look behind the masks that children so often wear... It has often been said that if we knew the true story behind each misbehaving child, then nine times out of ten we'd be heartbroken instead of angry. That is not to say that we should ignore the misbehavior. Rather it means that we should approach it a little less emotionally and a lot more sensibly.
