Innovative human resources: people perspectives
Remember, design for building is now an Arch3.0 sub-specialty activity that branches off from the larger model of design for solutions. Rather than a single dedicated skill set and direction for the design profession, this binary approach enables you as the architect to engage in all manner of design solving without a focus on building technology requirements. Arch3.0 is a changed profession, and you as a member of this new world should focus on being engaged and leading the integrated thinking that leads up to and beyond design for building. The architectural designer can and should be involved with all aspects of design, not just design for building and construction.
