Processes: disruptive and innovative tools, including indicators, measures, metrics, goals, and outcomes

Processes are the activities we use to conduct business, including calling clients, putting together marketing documents, creating and enforcing CAD and BIM standards, designing paid time off policy, and developing and supporting any function that helps the practice accomplish its goals and outcomes. In order to create a disruptive practice, one must identify the processes of the practice and define disruptive behavior to leverage innovation and disruption.
