ABSTRACT
For K-12 education, videoconferencing is the tool of the near future that is already being used in a small number of schools. In industry, government, and higher education, distance learning through videoconferencing has proven to be a successful and cost-effective means of communication. Videoconferencing adds live two-way video to a phone conversation; both parties see as well as hear each other.
