Making It Happen

In thinking about this chapter two expressions that I often heard from my mother came to mind. The first, usually just before or during a very large task: “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” The second, typically as we traveled north on our way from New York City to Vermont in our Hudson Terraplane: “Great Caesar in all his glory never traveled like this.” I believe both expressions aptly apply to the process of getting started with using data, databased decision making (DBDM), and dynamic planning.
