ABSTRACT
Aristotle's quotation is essentially a formal .va)' of saying "you are what you do." The quote clearly indicates that change is an active process requiring effort by those seeking to change. Although change is not easy on an individual basis; it is infinitely tougher in a complex organization. That is why the first step that any leader must take prior to initiating a change eHort is to ensure that the entire organization understands what its mission and vision are.
