ABSTRACT
So, what do we do with all the pretty graphs we made from our questionnaire
administration and analysis? Because the results of our questionnaire data
analysis are about the school as a
whole, and because it is the staffs
that have to do something about
the results, the graphs need to go
to the staffs for review and
analysis. The more we get the
staffs working with the results, the
more they will own and use them
to improve teaching and learning
throughout the school. There may
not be one ideal way to share
questionnaire results and graphs
with all staff members, but several
approaches have been effective.
