ABSTRACT

Perceptions data are one of four types of data important in continuous school

improvement. When used with demographics, student learning results, and

school process data, perceptions data can show us what we need to do to get

different results for students. Designing, administering, and using

questionnaire results to improve teaching and learning includes many steps

that are covered in this book and summarized in Figure 10.1. The key

components of questionnaire work for continuous school improvement are

highlighted below.
